Bloodborne Pathogen Awareness (Online)

This course will provide participants with the knowledge required to identify bloodborne pathogens and to protect against exposure. The course meets requirements established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

Hazardous Materials Response Awareness (Online)

This training is intended to meet HAZWOPER requirements for Awareness Level Personnel who may be the first on the scene at a hazardous materials incident. It does NOT provide the necessary skills required to perform emergency response activities beyond the Awareness Level.

Incident Command System Awareness (Online)

As a result of completing this course, participants will be able to implement an Incident Command System during the initial stages of an emergency. Although the course does not qualify participants to serve as an Incident Commander, it will explain what actions to take to control the situation before the Incident Commander arrives. This course also serves as a refresher training for Incident Commanders.

Lockout Tagout (LOTO) (Online)

This course is an introduction to the concept of Lockout Tagout, meeting the requirements set forth in NFPA 70E and OSHA 1910.147.

Confined Space Rescue Awareness (Online)

This course was designed to provide Confined Space Rescue training at the Awareness Level. By successfully completing this program, you will meet the objectives for an Awareness Level responder, as described in National Fire Protection Association 1006, Standard for Technical Rescue Personnel Professional Qualifications.

Container Inspections (Online)

In this course you will learn how to conduct inspections of containers in order to reduce the threats posed by terrorism.

Emergency Operations Center (Online)

This course is designed to provide you with the knowledge that will be necessary when activating an Emergency Operations Center in response to any disaster that may cause an interruption to business operations.

Emergency Response Planning (Online)

This course focuses on the plans that facilities must prepare to protect their employees and the surrounding community from potential emergencies. Participants will learn how to use the National Response Team’s guide for developing an Emergency Response Plan to cover fires, explosions, hazardous materials incidents, technical rescues, emergency medical incidents, natural disasters, and acts of terrorism.

Evacuation Coordinator (Online)

In this course you will learn the legal requirements for evacuation and in-place sheltering. They will also learn how to recognize emergency conditions, how to report an emergency, and how to direct and assist other employees during different types of emergencies.

Opioid Overdose Emergency (Online)

In this program you will be learning about using Narcan during an opioid overdose emergency.

Severe Bleeding and Tourniquets (Online)

In this course you will learn the types of bleeding as well as how to apply bandages and dressings. You will review the primary principles of severe bleeding control, and you will learn the steps in applying a combat tourniquet.

Unified Command (Online)

In this course you will learn how to effectively utilize the Unified Command system while responding to an emergency involving multiple agencies.
